Chris Cox is President and CEO of Auto Plus, one of the leading automotive aftermarket parts distributors in the U.S. Cox previously led merger and acquisition activity for the Company and served in several other senior level roles with Icahn Automotive, Pep Boys and Auto Plus. Previously, Cox worked as VP of Corporate Store Sales and Operations, and held several other leadership roles during his four-decade career in the automotive aftermarket. He has made numerous contributions to the industry, including serving on various Automotive Warehouse Distributors Association (AWDA) committees and instructing AWDA courses. He also chaired PB&E and T&E committees for Parts Plus for over 10 years. Cox served on the Greene Central School Board for 12 years, including the last 7 as President.
Chief Executive Officer, Auto Plus
Joe Wesolowsi leads Finance operations for Auto Plus, including Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A), and several back-office finance functions. Prior to serving as CFO, Wesolowski served as Assistant Vice President of Financial Reporting, and Assistant Vice President of Financial Planning and Analysis. Prior to joining Auto Plus, Wesolowski worked within the FP&A group at MedAssets, a healthcare performance improvement company providing products and services to 4,400 hospitals and 122,000 non-acute healthcare providers. In this role, he supported the corporate executive team in budgeting, forecasting, monthly reporting and other financial matters. Prior to that, he served in various capacities within professional finance and public accounting firms while attaining his CPA license in 2010.

Tara Givens is Vice President, Human Resources, at Auto Plus and has been with the Company since April 2017. Givens leads a team of HR professionals in the areas of Field HR/Employee Relations, Talent Acquisition, Talent Management and all other HR support for the Company. Givens previously held the positions of Service HR Director and Assistant Vice President, Field HR. Prior to joining the Company, Givens was a Regional HR Manager at Advance Auto Parts and AAA Mid-Atlantic, where she supported the car care facilities and tow truck drivers. She has 25 years of HR experience in various industries including public accounting and law firms.

Scott Roberts is Vice President and Chief Information Officer for Auto Plus. An experienced automotive industry executive, Roberts was previously Vice President, Marketing Technology and Data for the Company. Prior to that, he held various IT and Marketing Technology leadership roles for nearly two decades at Auto Plus. Roberts began his career as a Senior IT Manager for MAWDI.
Vice President, Chief Information Officer
Wade Sharp is Senior Vice President, Corporate Store Sales, for Auto Plus. Sharp is responsible for corporate stores and the retail and commercial business at Auto Plus locations. Sharp most recently served as Senior Vice President, Store Sales and Operations for Auto Plus. Prior to that, he was a Regional Vice President at Advance Auto Parts and held senior sales positions in several industries, including the automotive aftermarket and retail.
Senior Vice President, Corporate Store Sales
Mike Buzzard is Vice President, Commercial Marketing and Independent Sales, for Auto Plus, responsible for sales strategy development and implementation to consistently deliver annual sales and profitability targets. He has a proven track record in building the Auto Plus brand and developing marketing strategies for the commercial business, including growing the Professional Service Center network and offering business solutions to enable customers to succeed. A highly respected industry veteran, Buzzard was awarded the Auto Care Association Impact Award: Four for the Future, recognizing his remarkable industry contributions, and earned the Automotive Aftermarket Professional (AAP) designation. Buzzard serves on the Automotive Warehouse Distributors Association (AWDA) Council of Governors. He is a Trustee for the University of the Aftermarket Foundation (UAF) and serves on UAF’s Contributions Committee.
AAP, Vice President, Commercial Marketing & Independent Sales
Brian Evanoka is the Vice President of Fleet Parts and Strategic Account Sales for Auto Plus. Prior to taking on this role in 2017, Evanoka served as Director of Corporate Development for seven years and was responsible for various M&A activities, including the due diligence and integration of companies purchased under Auto Plus. Evanoka is a third-generation family member in the automotive aftermarket, starting with his family business, MAWDI, in 2003, managing company stores in the New England area.
Vice President, Fleet Parts and Strategic Account Sales
Kevin Mack is Vice President, Commercial Parts and Pricing for Auto Plus. He has served in various Product, Pricing and Category Management roles with the Company for 14 years. A veteran in the automotive aftermarket industry, Mack was previously a Product Manager for Independent Auto Parts of America Program Group. Prior to that, he was in field sales and management roles with Standard Motor Products and Airtex Products. Mack earned an Associate of Applied Science degree in Automotive Technology from SUNY Morrisville in New York.
Vice President, Retail Marketing & Merchandising
Chuck Rigby is Vice President, Retail Marketing and Merchandising, overseeing go-to-market retail strategy and merchandising for all sales floor categories at Auto Plus. An accomplished automotive retail expert with almost 50 years of experience, Rigby has held numerous marketing and merchandising leadership roles at Pep Boys during his 30-year tenure with the Company. Prior to joining Pep Boys, Rigby served as General Manager at Royal Distributors for more than 15 years and held a variety of management and marketing leadership positions. A passionate industry innovator, Rigby started his automotive career at a mass merchant as a high school student, quickly rising through the ranks to be a multi-division Department Manager. Rigby served more than five years as an AutoCare Industry Category Management Council Member.
Vice President, Retail Marketing & Merchandising
Scott Sangrey is Vice President, Supply Chain Operations, responsible for leading the transformation of the Company’s supply chain operations and optimizing the distribution center network to enable Auto Plus to exceed customers’ expectations in today’s competitive market. A transformative operations leader, Sangrey has driven operational excellence at leading consumer goods companies prior to joining Auto Plus. Previously, Sangrey was Director, Supply Chain Operations at The Home Depot where he managed 17 distribution centers across the southern region and was instrumental in increasing operational efficiency and accuracy at the world’s largest home improvement retailer. Sangrey also formerly served as Regional Engineer Manager at Sears Holding Corporation and Regional General Manager at Lowe’s Companies. Sangrey proudly served as an Intelligence Officer in the US Army’s 82nd Airborne Division. A passionate leader focused on making a positive difference, Sangrey is active in the community and serves in various leadership or mentoring capacities with Fellowship of Christian Athletes, SERV International, Toys for Tots, Virginia Tech GERMAN Club and church.
Vice President, Supply Chain Operations
Steve Shipman is Vice President of Store Operations for Auto Plus. Shipman is a seasoned leader with proven performance exceeding sales and profit objectives. Prior to his current role, he was Vice President of Integration for the Company. Shipman previously served as District Manager at Advance Auto Parts. Prior to that, he held retail management roles as a National Cities Design Manager for Circuit City and a Services Manager for Best Buy. Shipman started his automotive industry career at Auto Zone, where he held General Manager and District Manager roles. Shipman is also active in his community and has served on the Start Committee for the Peachtree Road Race for 14 years.
Vice President, Store Operations
Steve Buzzard is Assistant Vice President, E-Commerce of Auto Plus, where he is charged with managing the Company’s B2B e-fulfillment business. Prior to this role, he served in various roles related to E-Commerce as well as the functional lead for order to cash processes. An automotive aftermarket industry veteran, Buzzard served in a variety of E-Commerce Sales, IT and Supply Chain leadership positions with Auto Plus, where he successfully led the Company’s SAP and ERP implementation in the U.S. Early in his career as a Sales Consultant for Dale Carnegie Training, Buzzard developed sales and marketing strategies to increase sales and foster customer relationships.
Assistant Vice President, E-Commerce
Jack Weichmann is Assistant Vice President of Assortment for Auto Plus, responsible for maximizing sales, inventory and assortment opportunities for the Company. Weichmann oversees assortment planning and store and warehouse replenishment. He also leads seasonal planning and vendor collaboration on strategic initiatives and fill rate management. During his successful 23-year career with the Company, Weichmann has held multiple positions ranging from Assistant Manager of a Pep Boys retail store to leadership positions in Supply Chain, Merchandising and Assortment. Prior to joining the Company, Weichmann was a Manager at Seaboard Automotive.
